Villa Dimitra is 83 sq. m, and built on two levels and can accommodate up to 8 people.

Ground floor: It has a bedroom that can accommodate 2 people (with 2 single beds), a private bathroom and a full-equipped open plan kitchen and living room.

1st floor: It consists of two bedrooms which can sleep 4 people (one double bed and 2 single beds). Each bedroom enjoys seascape views and a private bathroom. One of the two bedrooms features a sitting area.

Villa Dimitra can sleep an additional 3 people on the single sofa beds located in the sitting room and the living room, on the ground floor and first floor, respectively.

One of the bathrooms features a Jacuzzi – shower.
